44th District State Representative and House Majority Leader William Lamberth spoke to the fellow members of his Gallatin Rotary Club on Thursday, June 13th, 2019 to provide an overview of the 2019 General Assembly and its legislative matters.

William provided a detailed and quick-paced overview of some of the lesser-known aspects of the legislative budget process, and received warm applause for his hard work since his first election to the House in 2012!
